A patch test is required at least 24 hours before treatment to check for any allergies. If this has not been done your treatment will be refused.

Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed. Vouchers cannot be refunded under any circumstance. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. The standard cancellation policies and charges of Kenwick Park Estate apply. An alternate method of payment will be required for any forgotten gift vouchers. The gift voucher can be redeemed on another booking before its expiry date.
